Batteries for electric fleet vehicles are evolving based on a clear vision of what the commercial sector needs. So, what goes into making a strong, reliable electric vehicle battery? And how do you identify the battery that will work best in the long term?

To find out, Charged Fleet Editor Martin Romjue caught up with Rob Ferber, CTO of XOS Trucks, a maker of Class 5-8 electric vehicles.
